Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Marketing Officer at BTCgame. As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities and strategies. Your day-to-day tasks will include market planning, market research, public relations, social media management, marketing management, and sales. The CMO needs to be on-site for team meetings, strategic discussions, and events, but can handle other tasks remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging trends.
  • Public Relations: Manage public relations efforts to build and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategy and execution to engage and grow our online community.
  • Marketing Management: Lead the marketing team to execute campaigns, measure performance, and optimize strategies.
  • Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 7 years of working at online high-traffic platforms (preferably gaming/gambling related) and perfect knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Language: Must be a native or fluent English speaker.
  • Expertise: Strong CV and expertise in market planning, market research, and marketing management.
  • Public Relations and Sales: Proven experience in public relations and sales.
  • Track Record: Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills.
