Role Description

This is a project/contract-based remote role for a Legal Advisor at BTCgame. As the Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support on a variety of matters related to the company's operations, compliance, and regulatory issues. You will ensure that the company's activities comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and you will play a critical role in mitigating legal risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Guidance: Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of issues, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property.
• Compliance: Ensure the company's operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations, particularly in the gaming and cryptocurrency sectors.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with various stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with the company's operations.
• Policy Development: Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve legal disputes and issues as they arise.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, marketing, and operations, to support overall business objectives.
• Regulatory Monitoring: Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and advise on necessary adjustments.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in legal advisory roles, preferably within the gaming or cryptocurrency industry.
• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Certification: Licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and contract law.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
