Role Description

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at BTCgame will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company. This includes managing the financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy to support its growth and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Budget Management: Oversee the preparation and management of the company's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including the management team, shareholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and ensure financial stability.
• Funding and Investment: Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions to secure necessary funding and investments.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including technology, marketing, and operations, to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 10 years of professional experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within the online gaming or gambling industry. Fundamental knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA or CFA certification is highly preferred.
