Role Description

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at BTCgame will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the company. This includes managing the company's operations, implementing business strategies, ensuring efficient processes, and working closely with other departments to achieve the company’s goals.

• Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, particularly in the gaming and cryptocurrency sectors.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to ensure the achievement of company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 10 years of professional experience in operations leadership roles, preferably within the online gaming or gambling industry. Fundamental knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of operational processes, compliance, and risk management.
