Role Description

The UI/UX Designer at BTCgame will be responsible for crafting exceptional user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing. This includes working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the platform’s design is aligned with the company's brand identity and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of BTCgame’s users.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• UI Design: Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and consistent with the brand's aesthetic.
• UX Design: Ensure the overall user experience is seamless, intuitive, and engaging by focusing on user flows, interactions, and usability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to integrate UI/UX designs into the platform.
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests to gather feedback and make data-driven improvements to the design.
• Responsive Design: Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure uniformity across the platform.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance the platform.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the online gaming or gambling industry. Experience with cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and prototyping tools.
• Design Thinking: Strong understanding of design thinking principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Interview and Onboarding Process
